Motion Tracking on After Effects

 Firstly I opened a new composition and then imported my video in.

 I then added in text of the title of our opening sequence 'The Red Caller'.

I then added in a null object, and changed my workspace to motion tracking. Then I clicked motion track on the right hand side, a yellow box then appears. Now I have to find a contrast within this clip. I then press play with tracks the sequence. And then press apply.
